We're partnering with a prestigious global law firm to recruit an experienced Corporate Legal Secretary for its Brisbane office. This is an excellent opportunity to support two busy Partners, build strong working relationships and become a valued member of a high-performing team.

About the Role

Supporting two Corporate Partners, you'll play a key role in ensuring the practice runs efficiently while providing exceptional support to lawyers and clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diary and inbox management
• Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents and correspondence
• File and matter management
• Monthly billing and expense processing
• Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
• Client liaison and general administrative support

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant within a law firm
